About the heat pump
For hot-selling heat pumps, we would have a few units as stock for qucik sample testing purpose. Please understand we would need around 35 days to get bulk order ready.
2 year for electric parts including PCB, screen controller and temperature sensor. 10 years for compressor.
The answer is YES! For distributors selling more than 500 units a year, we would be happy to customize unique language for clients from different countries. That will be a unique selling point. It’s much more friendly for end-users.
For the LCL order, we would need you to pay for it. For large quantity FCL orders, we can provide 1% order value as free spare parts. If you want to know what exactly spare parts you would need for your order, please contact us here!
With Tuya chips inbuilt, each of our heat pump has a WIFI function, which means you can easily have remote control for the heat pump.

We know that the number of lamps needed for each project is not certain. There is no minimum quantity required. Of course, if the quantity is large, the price will be more favorable.

Usually, our production time takes 35-40 days. If the quantity is large or there are special requirements, the time may be a little longer. This time does not include shipping time, which may vary from 5-45 days depending on the country you are in and the different shipping methods. We also accept rush orders, contact our team, and we will check it quickly according to your requirements.
