Yes. OEM/ODM collaboration shapes product direction around your brand, channel and local-market requirements. What can be adapted, and to what extent, is worked out during technical discussion.
How do the heat pumps fit into a wider home energy system?
Our heat pumps can be considered for systems built with compatible third-party PV, battery, inverter and EMS/HEMS solutions. Hecosun does not currently offer its own storage or inverter products, and integration details are confirmed per project.
Why are no performance figures published on this page?
This page describes product directions, not specifications. Capacities, efficiency figures and operating limits depend on the final configuration and are documented and confirmed during the evaluation stage.
What documentation do we receive during evaluation?
Product and technical documentation appropriate to the project stage is shared as evaluation progresses. Compliance and certification status for a specific market is discussed openly and confirmed project by project.
Which markets do you work with?
We work with partners on international routes to market. Market-specific requirements are addressed through localisation work during the project rather than assumed in advance.
